课程育人视域下“食品安全学”的教学设计

摘要:课程是高校进行思政教育的重要载体。本文从教学目标、教学过程、教学评价三个部分对食品安全学进行教学设计,将家国情怀、诚信与法治意识、责任与担当意识、可持续法治理念、职业素养等融入教学之中,激发学生爱国敬业的情怀,提升学习的积极主动性,提高课程教学质量,达到塑造价值观、厚植家国情感、培育职业道德的课程育人目标。

Teaching Design of “Food Safety” from the Perspective of Curriculum Education

AbstractCourse is an important carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This article carries on the teaching design to “Food Safety” from the teaching goal, the teaching content, the teaching evaluation three parts, integrating the feelings of home and country, good faith and the awareness of the rule of law, responsibility and its awareness, the concept of sustainable rule of law, and professional quality into teaching, stimulate students′ patriotic and professional feelings, enhance the initiative of learning, improve the quality of course teaching, and achieve the goal of cultivating values, cultivating feelings of home and country and cultivating professional ethics.
