摘要:特色农产品品质是反映农产品外观、风味、营养、特征等优劣程度的重要指标,而产地环境禀赋、生产管理规范、质量安全绿色、人文历史厚重等赋予了其品质优势与品牌价值。当前,以产地环境评价和品质评价为核心的特色农产品评价已成为提高农产品质量安全水准和市场竞争力的重要途径与迫切需求。然而我国特色农产品评价起步较晚,特色农产品评价体系不够完善、科学评判标准和评价监管不够规范、检测方法的标准化相对滞后及农产品品质家底不清、品质特性不明等问题凸显。目前尚未见有较为科学统一的特色农产品综合评价体系的相关报道。笔者针对上述问题,在探究国内外研究现状的基础上,结合自身在农产品特色评价方面的研究经验,从特色农产品产地环境评价、生产过程管理、质量安全评价、品质特色评价、品牌价值评价等方面进行梳理和分析,旨在探索科学合理的特色农产品综合评价体系和指标,为推动特色农产品评价体系建设和提升特色优势农产品品牌形象与市场竞争力提供科技支撑和参考依据。

Discussion on Characteristic Properties of Characteristic Agricultural Products and Its Comprehensive Evaluation System

Abstract:The quality of characteristic agricultural products is an important index to reflect the appearance, flavor, nutrition and characteristics of agricultural products. The environmental endowment of origin, productionn management standards, quality safety and green, humanistic history and so on give its quality advantage and brand value. At present, the evaluation of characteristic agricultural products with the core of environmental evaluation and quality evaluation has become an important way and urgent need to improve the quality and safety level of agricultural products and market competitiveness. However, due to the late start of the evaluation of featured agricultural products in China, the evaluation system of featured agricultural products is not perfect, the scientific evaluation standards and evaluation supervision are not standardized enough, the standardization of detection method platform is relatively backward, and the quality of agricultural products is unclear, and the quality characteristics are unclear. At present, there has not been a relatively scientific and unified comprehensive evaluation system of characteristic agricultural products related reports. In view of the above problems,on the basis of exploring the current research status at home and abroad, combined with my own research experience in the evaluation of agricultural products characteristics, the author combed and analyzed the characteristics of agricultural products from the aspects of environmental assessment, production process management, quality and safety evaluation,quality and characteristics evaluation, brand value evaluation and so on. The aim is to explore a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation system and index method for featured agricultural products, so as to provide scientific and technological support and reference basis for promoting the construction of the evaluation system for featured agricultural products and improving the brand image and market competitiveness of featured and superior agricultural products.
