瓦松多糖软膏体内抑菌活性研究

摘要:以瓦松多糖为主要成分制备软膏,并以金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923为实验菌株,建立大鼠体内感染模型,观察瓦松多糖软膏体内抑菌效果。结果显示,不同剂量瓦松多糖软膏作用于感染模型大鼠后,大鼠进食、饮水、精神状态、活动情况均正常;与模型组对比,瓦松多糖软膏高、中、低剂量组大鼠创口愈合情况均有改善,高剂量和中剂量组效果较好;HE染色显示,瓦松多糖软膏各剂量组大鼠局部炎症细胞数量减少,新生肉芽组织明显增多,其中高剂量组和中剂量组较为明显;金黄色葡萄球菌感染组大鼠高剂量组和中剂量组血清溶菌酶含量比模型组有极显著上升(P0.01),与阳性组对比,高剂量组血清溶菌酶含量显著上升(P0.05)。结果证实瓦松多糖软膏具有一定的体内抑菌作用,可抑制局部创伤感染,促进创面愈合,在高剂量和中剂量下可以显著提高感染大鼠体内血清溶菌酶含量,可用于临床治疗皮肤脓肿及化脓性炎症等。

Study on the Antibacterial Activity of Orostachyis fimbriatae Polysaccharide Ointment in Vivo

AbstractOintment was prepared with Orostachyis fimbriatae polysaccharid as main component, and the infection model in rats was established with Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 as experimental strain to observe the bacteriostatic effect of Orostachyis fimbriatae polysaccharid ointment (OFPO) in vivo. The results showed that after the different doses of OFPO acted on the infected model rats, the rats had normal food intake, drinking water, mental state and activity. Compared with the model group, the wound healing of rats in the high, middle and low dose OFPO groups was improved, and the effect of high and middle dose OFPO groups was better. HE staining showed that the number of rat local inflammatory cells decreased and the number of new granulation tissue increased significantly in the OFPO groups, especially in the high-dose group and middle-dose group. Compared with the model group, the content of serum lysozyme in rat high dose group and middle dose group of Staphylococcus aureus infection group was very significantly increased (P<0.01)and compare with positive control group, the content of serum lysozyme in high dose group was significantly increased (P<0.05). The results showed that OFPO had certain bacteriostatic effect in vivo, could inhibit local wound infection, promote wound healing, significantly increased serum lysozyme content in infected rats at high and middle doses, and could be used for clinical treatment of skin abscess and suppurative inflammation.
