生物转化三七茎叶皂苷研究进展

摘要:三七茎叶资源丰富,研究发现三七茎叶皂苷是其防治疾病的主要生物活性物质,功效日益受到瞩目。近年来,随着生物技术的不断发展,生物技术在中药资源的加工、药理研究以及分离纯化方面取得了突破性进展。本文总结了近年来三七茎叶皂苷生物转化技术的研究成果,为综合利用三七茎叶及其特色食品、保健食品和新药开发等提供新的途径,为中药学与生物工程、食品工程等现代生命科学的前沿学科相结合奠定基础。

AbstractThe stem and leaf resources of Panax notoginseng are abundant. Studies have found that the stem and leaf saponins of P. notoginseng are the main bioactive substances for disease prevention and control, and their efficacy has attracted increasing attention. In recent years, with the continuous development of biotechnology, breakthroughs have been made in the processing technology, pharmacological research, separation and purification of traditional Chinese medicine resources. In this paper, the research achievements on the biotransformation technology of stem and leaf saponins of P. notoginseng in recent years were summarized, which provided a new way for the comprehensive development and utilization of stem and leaf of P. notoginseng and its characteristic food, health food and new drug development, and provided a basis for the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with the frontier disciplines of modern life science, such as bioengineering and food engineering.
