摘要:建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法检测五种酿酒专用粮中金属元素的测定方法。用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,采用碰撞池(CCT)模式同时测定高粱、小麦、大米、玉米、糯米中Cr、As、Cd、Pb四种金属元素。结果表明:该方法检出限在0.003~0.031 μg/L之间,各元素标准曲线相关系数在0.999 2~0.999 7之间,相关性良好;元素加标回收率在89.44%~105.5%之间;6次平行测定的相对标准偏差在2.142%~3.670%之间。五种酿酒专用粮中Cr、As、Cd、Pb含量均低于国家标准规定的限量要求。该分析方法快速、简便、准确、灵敏度高,为酿酒专用粮中多元素快速分析提供参考。

Microwave Digestion-Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry for Simultaneous Determination of Metal Elements in Five Special Grains for Baijiu Making

Abstract:Established an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method for the determination of metal elements in five special grains for Baijiu making. The samples were pre-treated with microwave digestion method, and the four metal elements of Cr, As, Cd, and Pb in sorghum, wheat, rice, corn, and glutinous rice were simultaneously measured using the CCT collision cell mode. The results showed that the detection limit of this method was between 0.003~0.031 μg/L, the correlation coefficient of the standard curve of each element was between 0.999 2~0.999 7, the correlation was good; the recovery rate of element addition was between 89.44%~105.5%; the relative standard deviation of 6 parallel measurements was between 2.142%~3.670%. The contents of Cr, As, Cd, and Pb in the five special grains for Baijiu making were lower than the limit requirements stipulated by the national standards. The analysis method was fast, simple, accurate and highly sensitive, thus the research provided a reference for the rapid analysis of multiple elements in special grains for Baijiu making.
