摘要:为促进我国工科类高校的课程思政建设,本文介绍了当前食品科学与工程专业课程思政教育过程中存在的问题和不足,并提出了课程思政教育的策略,分别从思政团队建设、教学大纲、教学模式、考核评价、存在问题、注意事项等方面探索了课程思政教学的方法和途径,以期为工科类高校课程思政教学改革提供借鉴和参考。

Course Reform and Exploration of Food Science and Engineering Specialty in Engineering Colleges and Universities Based on Course Ideological and Political Concept

Abstract:In order to promote the construction of course ideological and political education in engineering colleges or universities in China, the current problems and deficiencies in the ideological and political education of food science and engineering was analyzed firstly. And then, the general strategy of ideological and political education was put forward. The methods and ways of ideological and political education were explored from the aspects of team construction, teaching programme, teaching mode, examination and evaluation, existing problems, and precautions, etc. The present paper is expected to provide reference for the reform of ideological
and political education in engineering colleges and universities in our countries.
