摘要:《食品专业英语》课程在食品类专业学生提升综合素质和扩大视野方面具有非常重要的作用。本研究以《食品专业英语》课程为研究对象,探究如何基于信息化数据的分析,实时了解学生的学习状况,最终建成实用性强、趣味性高、参与度好的创新性线上线下混合式“金课”。实践表明,基于信息化数据的混合式“金课”的建设,能精准掌握学生的学习习惯、学习方式和学习特点,显著提高学生的学习积极性,增强学生在食品领域专业英语的应用能力。

The Data Analysis Based Blended Online-offline Golden Course Construction in Food Professional English Course

Abstract:Food professional english plays an important role in comprehensive quality improvement and vision expansion for students of food science major. The research took the course as the object of study to explore how to build a practical,interesting and highly engaged online-offline golden course by data analysis of students’ learning process. The practice indicates online-offline golden course can precisely get the learning habits, learning methods and learning characteristics of students, significantly improve leaning initiatives and application capability of professional language in food science field.
