摘要:《食品安全学》是食品质量与安全专业的一门重要基础课程,蕴含丰富的思政教育资源。在该课程中开展德育教学是培养和提高该专业学生职业素养的重要手段之一。文章从《食品安全学》课程特点出发,梳理了7方面的思政教育元素,并探讨了思政教育元素与教学内容的融入点,旨在结合丰富的教学手段,建立《食品安全学》课程思政教学体系。通过对食品专业学生进行正确的价值引领,增强他们的社会责任感,提升他们的爱国主义情怀。

Exploration and Teaching Practice of Ideological and Political Elements in Food Safety Course

Abstract:Food Safety is an important basic course of food specialties, with rich ideological and political education resources. Moral education in Food Safety course is one of the important means to cultivate and improve the professionalism of food majors. In this paper, seven aspects of ideological and political elements were carded, and the integration point of ideological and political elements and teaching content was discussed from the characteristics of Food Safety course, so as to establish the ideological and political teaching system of Food Safety course combined with rich teaching means. In this way, guided the food majors with correct values, and promote their senses of social responsibility and enhance their patriotism.
