摘要:健康产业被提高到了国家发展战略的高度,迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。药品、特殊食品和普通食品等将成为大健康产业发展的优先领域。本文提出“微生物健康产品”一词以涵盖微生物来源的或微生物发酵产生的“药品、特殊食品和普通食品”,综述了国内微生物健康产品相关的微生物种属、产品种类、功能类型、产业现状与发展趋势,让更多的人了解微生物健康产品的价值和意义,关注微生物健康产业的发展。

Introduction to Microbial Health Products and their Industries

Abstract:Health industry has been increased to the height of the national development strategy and ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. Medicine, special food and ordinary food will be the priority areas in big health industry. In this paper, “Microbial health product”was proposed to cover“drugs, special food and ordinary food”derived from microbe-resourced or medicines fermented by microbial. The microbial species, product types, functional types, industrial status and development trends related to microbial health products in China were reviewed, in order to cause more attention to the development of microbial health industry.
