摘要:建立了不同配制酒中芦丁的HPLC-MS/MS测定方法。采用Shim-pack XR-ODSⅡ色谱柱(2.0 mm×75 mm,2.2 μm),以甲醇:水(65∶35,v/v,用磷酸调节pH=3)为流动相;流速:0.3 mL/min;柱温:40 ℃;进样量:5 μL。采用电喷雾离子源进行电离,多离子反应监测(MRM)模式进行信号采集。该方法对芦丁的最低检测限为0.01 μg/mL,相关系数为0.999 8,加标回收率为84.2%~95.2%,RSD为2.05%。该方法对市售的配制酒中的芦丁能准确地定性和定量,方法稳定和可行。

Determination of Rutin in Prepared Wine by HPLC-MS/MS

Abstract:This paper established a method of determination of rutin in prepared wine by HPLC-MS/MS. The chromatographic column was used shim pack XR ODS Ⅱ(2.0mm×75mm, 2.2μm), methanol:water (65:35, v/v, adjusted with phosphoric acid pH=3) as the mobile phase;current speed:0.3 mL/min; column temperature: 40 ℃; injection volume:5 μL. Electro spray ion source is used for ionization, and multi ion reaction monitoring (MRM) mode is used for signal acquisition. The minimum detection limit to the rutin is 0.01 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the recovery rate was 84.2%~95.2%, the RSD was 2.05%. The method can be used for accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of commercial prepared wine. The method is stable and feasible.
