摘要:以N,N,N-三甲基-3-(2-甲基烯丙酰氨基)-1-氯化丙铵为季铵阳离子单体,采用冷冻聚合法制备了一种简单的除砷水凝胶吸附剂p(MPTAC)。p(MPTAC)吸附剂为多孔的疏松结构,对As(V)有良好的吸附效果和较快的传质速率,在pH 9时,As(V)溶液初始浓度为500 mg/L,于25 ℃下吸附30 min即可达到吸附平衡,其最大吸附容量高达103.56 mg/g。吸附材料吸附As(V)离子的热力学符合Langmuir方程,吸附动力学符合准二级动力学方程,且经过五次吸附-解吸循环后,对As(V)去除率能够保持在86.5%以上,具备较好的再生使用性能。该材料可作为潜在的吸附材料用于实际水样微量砷的去除与检测。

Preparation of p(MPTAC)Porous Hydrogel and Adsorption Evaluation to As(Ⅴ)

Abstract:Using N, N, N-trimethyl-3-(2- methacrylamido)-1-propylammonium chloride as the quaternary ammonium cationic monomer, a simple type of arsenic-removing adsorbent p (MPTAC) hydrogel was prepared by freezing polymerization. The adsorbent p (MPTAC) with porous and loose structure, has good adsorption effect and fast mass transfer rate for As (V). At pH 9,the initial concentration of As (V) solution is 500 mg/L, and the adsorption equilibrium can be reached after 30 minutes at 25 ℃, and its maximum adsorption capacity is up to 103.56 mg/g. The thermodynamics of adsorbing As (V) ions by the adsorbent conforms to the Langmuir equation and the adsorption kinetics conforms to the pseudo- second- order kinetic equation. And after five adsorption-desorption cycles, the removal rate of As (V) can be maintained above 86.5%, showing it has good regeneration performance and is beneficial to the removal and detection of As (V) in the real water.
