摘要:通过研究芜菁子挥发油提取物对鲜切果蔬中常见的病原菌和导致鲜切果蔬腐败的常见微生物的抑菌效果,为芜菁子挥发油提取物开发为鲜切果蔬生物防腐剂提供研究依据。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取芜菁子挥发油;模拟应用时的情景,用纸片扩散法进行抑菌定性试验,用肉汤稀释法和挥发接触的方式进行定量试验。结果表明,芜菁子挥发油提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、大肠杆菌、肠炎沙门氏菌和黑曲霉均有抑菌作用,对霉菌的抑菌效果强于细菌;芜菁子挥发油提取物发挥抑菌效果既可以直接接触的方式,也可以挥发接触的方式,当两种挥发方式同时存在时,以挥发接触方式为主。芜菁子挥发油提取物具有开发为新型鲜切果蔬生物防腐剂的潜在应用价值。

Study on Bacteriostatic Effect of Volatile Oil Extract from Brassica rapa L. Seed Based on Biological Preservatives of Fresh-cut Fruits and Vegetables

Abstract:The bacteriostatic effect of volatile oil extract from Brassica rapa L. seed on common pathogens in fresh-cut fruits and vegetables and common microorganisms causing corruption of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables was studied in order to provide research basis for the development of volatile oil extract of Brassica rapa L. seed as biological preservative of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables. Extraction of volatile oil from Brassica rapa L. seed by steam distillation; Simulate the scenario of the application, qualitative bacteriostatic test by disk diffusion method, quantitative test by broth dilution method and volatile contact method. The volatile oil extract of Brassica rapa L. seed has bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli, Salmonella enteritidis and Aspergillus niger, and the bacteriostatic effect on mold is stronger than that of bacteria. The extract of Brassica rapa L. seed volatile oil has bacteriostatic effect by either direct contact or volatilization contact. When the two volatilization modes exist at the same time, the volatilization contact mode is dominant. The volatile oil extract of Brassica rapa L. seed has potential application value as a new type of biological preservative for fresh-cut fruits and vegetables.
