摘要:以流动性、胶囊装量为考察指标,确定黄精肉苁蓉胶囊制备处方;将小鼠随机分为4组,低、中、高剂量组(0.4、0.8、1.2 g/kg·bw)和对照组,连续30 d经口灌胃黄精肉苁蓉胶囊后进行小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素氮、血乳酸和肝糖原测定。结果表明,黄精肉苁蓉胶囊最佳的制备处方为:肉苁蓉复合提取物、鹿茸、乳糖、磷酸钙、二氧化硅、硬脂酸镁质量比为69∶25∶12∶12∶1∶1。动物实验表明,与对照组相比,产品各剂量组均能提高小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.05);均能降低小鼠运动后血清尿素氮水平(P<0.05);中剂量组能降低小鼠运动后血乳酸水平(P<0.05);低剂量组能增加小鼠肝糖原含量(P<0.05)。黄精肉苁蓉胶囊流动性良好,装量符合设计要求,具有抗疲劳的功效。

Preparation of Polygonatum Cistanche Capsule and Evaluation of Its Anti-fatigue Effect

Abstract:The fluidity and filling quantity were taken as the indexes to optimize preparation prescription. Mice were randomly divided into four groups: low, medium and high dose groups (0.4, 0.8, 1.2 g/kg · bw) and blank control group. The swimming time, hepatic glycogen, blood lactic acid and serum urea of mice were measured after oral administration of polygonatum cistanche capsules for 30 days. Results: The optimum preparation prescription of polygonatum cistanche capsule were determined, mass ratio of compound cistanche extract powder, velvet antler powder, lactose, calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate for 69∶25∶12∶12∶1∶1. the animal experiment results showed that compare with the control group, each dose group can improve the loading swimming time of mice (P<0.05) and reduce the serum urea nitrogen level of mice after exercise (P<0.05); the middle dose group can reduce the blood lactic acid level of mice after exercise (P<0.05); the low dose group can increase the content of liver glycogen in mice (P<0.05). The capsule contents obtained by the process has good fluidity, the filling quantity was comply with the design requirements, the compound cistanche capsule has good effect of relieving physical fatigue.
