白芷中欧前胡素醇提水沉工艺研究

摘要:优化白芷中欧前胡素醇提水沉工艺。在单因素(提取次数、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、溶剂倍数)试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化醇提工艺对欧前胡素得率的影响;以水沉液相对密度、加水倍数、静置时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优化水沉工艺。结果表明,白芷中欧前胡素最佳醇提工艺为提取温度 85 ,加入1060%乙醇回流提取2次,每次提取时间2.5 h,欧前胡素得率0.236%,干膏得率13.21%;最佳水沉工艺为水沉液相对密度1.10 g/mL,加入30倍纯水,静置时间20 h,欧前胡素得率0.207%,干膏得率1.03%。该优化工艺稳定可行,适用于醇提水沉白芷中的欧前胡素。

Study on Alcohol Extraction and Water Precipitation Method of Imperatorin from Angelica dahurica

AbstractTo optimize alcohol-extraction and water-precipitation process of imperatorin from Angelica dahurica. On the basis of single factor (extraction times, ethanol concentration, extraction times, extraction temperature, solvent multiples) experiment, effect of ethanol extraction process on the yield of imperatorin by orthogonal experimental design. the effects of relative density of concentrated liquid, the amount of water and standing time on water precipitation technology were also investigated. The results showed that the optimum extraction process was as following: extraction temperature 85 ℃, extracting 2 times with 10 times the amount of 60% alcohol, 2.5 hour each time, imperatorin is 0.236%, dry extract yield is 13.21%; Optimum water precipitation technology was as following: the relative density of concentrated liquid 1.10 g/mL, 30 times the amount of water, standing time 20 hours, imperatorin is 0.207%, dry extract yield is 1.03%. The optimal technology is stable and feasible, and can be used for alcohol extraction and water precipitation method of imperatorin in Angelica dahurica.
