摘要:随着国家全面禁止在饲料中添加抗生素以来,中草药由于其具有改善动物生长性能、提高免疫力等多种功效,逐渐成为现代养殖业中具有潜力的替抗添加剂。而微生物发酵能够降低中草药的毒副作用,产生新的活性物质,增强中草药的药效,从而最大限度地发挥中草药的药理作用。本文将综述近年来发酵中草药在畜禽中的应用研究进展、存在的问题和面临的困难,为发酵中草药在养殖行业的深入开发应用提供理论参考。

Application Progress of Fermented Chinese Herbal Medicine in Animal Production

Abstract:Since the country completely banned the addition of antibiotics in feed, Chinese herbal medicine has gradually become a potential substitute additive in modern breeding industry, because it has various functions of improving animal growth performance and enhancing immunity. Microbial fermentation can reduce the toxic side effects of Chinese herbal medicine,produce new active substances, enhance the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine, so as to maximize the pharmacological effect of Chinese herbal medicine. This article reviews the research progress, existing problems and difficulties in the application of fermented Chinese herbal medicine in livestock and poultry in recent years. This will provide theoretical reference for further development and application of fermented Chinese herbal medicine in breeding industry.
