直接稀释进样—电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定味精成品中11种金属元素

摘要:建立直接稀释进样—电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定味精成品中11种金属元素的分析方法。通过碰撞反应池模式(He模式或HEHe 模式)、在线内标、校正方程消除干扰,样品用稀硝酸稀释后直接进样,测定味精成品中AlCrMnFeNiCuZnAsCdHgPb 11种金属元素含量。该方法线性关系好(r值均大于0.999 2)、检测限低、精密度好。通过对比直接稀释进样和微波消解后进样、As元素HeHEHe分析模式,确定分析As元素需要用HEHe分析模式,其余10 种元素可用He分析模式。各元素回收率范围为80%113%7 次重复测定精密度范围为0.0%2.3%,质控样测定结果均符合要求,该方法便捷、快速、准确、污染和损失少,可用于味精成品的快速检测。

Determination of 11 Metal Elements in Monosodium Glutamate by Direct Dilution Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

AbstractTo establish a method for the determination of 11 metal elements in monosodium glutamate by direct dilution injection—Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The sample are diluted with dilute nitric acid and then directly injected, and the content of 11 elements is determined by the Collision Reaction Cell Mode (He mode or HEHe mode), on-line internal standard and correction equation to eliminate interference. The method show excellent linearity (r value is more than 0.999 2), low detection limit and excellent precision. Compared with direct dilution injection and microwave digestion injection, and the model of He and Hehe to analytical As element, It is determined that the analysis of As elements requires the HEHe model, the other 10 elements can be analyzed using the He model. The recovery rates of elements are 80%~113% . The precision range of elements is 0.0%~2.3% by 7 repeated determinations, and the result of quality control sample meets the requirement of certificate. The method is convenient, rapid, accurate, less pollution and high recovery, and can be used for the rapid detection of monosodium glutamate products.
