职业本科新形态活页式教材的建设与应用 ——以《食品专业英语》课程为例

摘要:职业本科作为本科层次的职业教育,是一种新型的办学模式,开发满足职业本科教学需求的新形态教材是当前职业本科教育发展的重大课题。新形态活页式教材以项目为单元,采用可增减的灵活组合模式进行教材的组建,引导学生主动探索完成设定任务,十分贴合职业本科教育的教学需求。本研究以《食品专业英语》课程为对象,基于已有的慕课平台资源基础,探究如何重构课程内容,开发出匹配职业本科教学要求的新形态一体化活页式教材。

New Loose-leaf Style Teaching Material Construction and Application of Higher Vocational Undergraduate Education

——Taking Food Professional English as an Example

AbstractHigher vocational undergraduate education is undergraduate level vocational education and a new education mode in China, and to develop the most appropriate teaching materials for it will be one of the critical topics of the education development. The new loose-leaf style teaching material structures the content by separate topics which could be freely reorganized by readers needs and can guide students to accomplish tasks by supporting materials, and meets the requests perfectly. The research took Food Professional English course as the object of study to explore how to reconstruct course contents and develop new integrated loose-leaf teaching materials suitable for higher vocational undergraduate education requirements based on available MOOC resources.
