摘要:《食品生物机械设备》课程是食品生物技术专业的一门核心课程。在教学过程中,既要突出高等教育的层次,又要突出职业教育的特征,融知识、能力、素质为一体。基础理论教学要以应用为目的,以必需、够用为度,提倡产学结合,在生产中提高学生的应用能力。在教学方法上,以启发、引导的方法为主,利用多媒体等现代化教学手段,提高教育效果。坚持以教师为主导,以学生为主体,充分调动学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性。

The Exploration of Integrated Course Teaching of Food Bio-machinery Equipment

Abstract:“Food Bio- machinery Equipment” course is a core course in food biotechnology. In the process of teaching, we should not only highlight the level of higher education, but also highlight the characteristics of vocational education, and integrate knowledge, ability and quality into one. The basic theory teaching should aim at the application, take the necessary and sufficient degree, advocate the combination of production and learning, and improve the students’ application ability in production. In the teaching method, the method of inspiration and guidance is the main method, and the modern teaching means such as multimedia are used to improve the educational effect. Adhere to the teacher-led, student-oriented, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn, initiative and creativity.
