芜菁中异硫氰酸酯的两种提取方法比较和含量测定方法验证

摘要:目的:比较芜菁中异硫氰酸酯的两种提取方法,验证紫外分光光度法测定芜菁中异硫氰酸酯含量的方法。方法:分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法和同时蒸馏萃取法提取芜菁中的异硫氰酸酯,再通过紫外分光光度法测定异硫氰酸酯的含量,最后用二乙胺法滴定再次测定异硫氰酸酯的含量,以验证紫外法测定的结果。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法提取异硫氰酸酯的含量为0.402 3%,同时蒸馏萃取法提取异硫氰酸酯的含量为0.483 7%,二乙胺滴定法测定结果分别为0.471 2%0.593 6%。结论:同时蒸馏萃取法提取芜菁中异硫氰酸酯的提取率较水蒸气蒸馏法高,经二乙胺滴定法验证紫外分光光度法可作为本研究两种提取方法下测定芜菁中异硫氰酸酯含量的方法。

Comparison of Two Extraction Methods of Isothiocyanate in Brassica rapa L and Verification of the Content Determination Method

AbstractObjective: To compare the two extraction methods of isothiocyanate in Brassica rapa L and verify of the content determination by ultraviolet method of isothiocyanate in Brassica rapa L. Methods: The isothiocyanate in Brassica rapa L was extracted by steam distillation and simultaneous distillation extraction respectively, and the content of isothiocyanate was calculated by ultraviolet method. Finally, the content of isothiocyanate was titrated by diethylamine method to verify the result of the ultraviolet method. Results: The content of isothiocyanate extracted by steam distillation is 0.402 3%, while the simultaneous distillation extraction method is 0.483 7%, and the diethylamine titration determination results were 0.471 2% and 0.593 6% respectively. Conclusion: The extraction rate of isothiocyanate by the method of simultaneous distillation extraction was higher than the steam distillation. The UV spectrophotometry method was verified by diethylamine titration as a method for the determination of isothiocyanate in Brassica rapa L under the two extraction methods.
