摘要:分析比较不同提取方法制备的草果挥发油成分。分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2萃取法制备草果挥发油,通过气质联用技术(GC-MS)分析不同提取物的化学成分。水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2萃取法提取草果挥发油得率分别为1.65%和2.18%,两种方法制备的草果挥发油成分类型和相对含量差异显著,水蒸气蒸馏法制备的挥发油共检测出37个化学成分,其中单萜类成分约占85.20%,倍半萜类成分约占4.77%;超临界CO2萃取法制备的挥发油共鉴定43个化学成分,单萜类成分约占82.54%,倍半萜类成分约占6.36%。两种方法提取的草果油化学成分和相对含量均有一定差异,水蒸气蒸馏法对草果挥发油中的单萜类保留相对较强,超临界CO2萃取法对倍半萜类成分的提取率相对较高。

Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Analysis for Volatile Oil from Amomum tsao-ko by Different Extraction Methods

Abstract:To compare and analyze essential oil of Amomum tsao- ko extracted by different methods. The essential oil of Amomum tsao-ko were extracted by means of supercritical CO2 extraction and steam distillation respectively, and the obtained samples were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The yields of volatile oils extracted by steam distillation and CO2 supercritical extraction were 1.65% and 2.18%, respectively. The type and relative content of volatile oil were significantly different. The essential oil extracted by steam distillation method contained 37 chemical components, among which the monoterpenoids account for 85.20% of the total essential oil, and the sesquiterpenes components account for 4.77% of the total essential oil. And 43 compounds were identified from essential oil extracted by CO2 supercriticalextraction,with monoterpenoids accounting for 82.54% of total essential oil and sesquiterpenes 6.36%. The types of chemical composition and relative contents of the essential oil of Amomum tsao-ko were varied by the two methods. The monoterpenoids of the essential oil were retained relatively strong by steam distillation method, while the sesquiterpeneshad a relatively high extraction rate by the CO2 supercritical fluid extraction.
