摘要:以超星学习通平台为基础,以课程项目化为手段,构建基于超星学习通的专业课程项目化教学模式。以高职保健品开发与管理专业核心课程《保健食品生产技术》为例,分析了该课程的特点,精心设计线上线下教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等,使课堂教学与在线教学相互融合、相互补充,提高学生学习热情和学习效果。

Project-oriented Instructional Design of Professional Courses Based on Chaoxing Xuexi Tong
——Take the Course of “Health Food Production Technology”as an Example

Abstract:Based on Chaoxing Xuexi Tong platform and using the curriculum project as a means, the projectoriented instructional model of professional courses based on Chaoxing Xuexi Tong was constructed. Taking the core course “Health Food Production Technology” of the higher vocational health product development and management major as an example, the characteristics of the course were analyzed, and the online and offline teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods were carefully designed to make classroom teaching and online teaching integrate and complement each other, and improving students’ learning enthusiasm and learning effects.
