摘要:本研究运用集成管理的理论和方法,建立了酿酒技改工程项目多目标集成管理模型。设计了契合项目特色的链杆平衡集成模型结构及其参数变量体系。提出了“共性影响要素”概念,实现对不同集成目标项下综合能力数计算公式在结构上的统一,增强了模型的精炼性和通用性。设计了模型变量参数赋值机制,提出了“四大基础要素分析法”(MOME)和“向下分解,向上集成、分类分级”模型设计方法,提出了“从主到次、从易到难、从上到下、循环往复”调整方法,为开展酿酒工程技改项目集成管理研究提供了借鉴思路。

Research on Multi-objective Integrated Management Model of Technical Renovation Project of Baijiu Production Based on Chain-pole Equilibrium Principle

Abstract:In this study, the theory and method of integrated management is used to establish a multi-objective integrated management model of technical renovation project of Baijiu production. We designed the structure and parameter variable system of integration model suitable for the the project. We designed a new multi-objective integrated management mathematical model and its parameter variable system, and put forward the concept of Common Influencing Factor (CIF). As a result, the formula of Number of Resources′ Comprehensively Using Capability (NRCUC) for different project objectives becomes unified in structure, the number and type of model variables are effectively controlled, and the simplicity and practicability of the model are improved. This study designed the parameter assignment mechanism of integrated management model variables, and put forward the basic element analysis method called MOME and the model design method reflecting the idea of classification and classification. In conclusion, this study provides a relatively complete practical case for the study of integrated management and project management of technical renovation project of Baijiu production.
