摘要:《食品工程原理》是食品专业重要的专业基础必修课程,是研究食品加工生产过程中各个单元操作的基本原理和特点的一门学科。根据《食品工程原理》的教学内容,切实将思想政治、道德规范、课程育人等思政元素贯穿于课堂教学当中,推动两者协同并行,实现新时代育人要求所展开的教育教学改革的探索与实践。

Discussion on the Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of Food Engineering Principles

Abstract:“Principles of Food Engineering” is an important professional basic compulsory course for food majors. It is a discipline to study the basic principles and characteristics of each unit operation in the food processing and production process. According to the teaching contents of “Principles of Food Engineering”, ideological and political elements, such as ideological and political education,moral standards and curriculum education, should be integrated into classroom teaching, strive to break the ideological education and professional education “two skin”phenomenon, promote the coordinated parallel, achieve the new era of education requirements of the exploration and practice of education teaching reform.
