响应面法优化桦褐孔菌发酵产多糖工艺

摘要:本研究以桦褐孔菌为研究对象,通过响应面法对桦褐孔菌发酵产多糖条件进行优化,以多糖量为指标。通过单因素及Box-Bchnken响应面优化,确定该菌丝发酵产多糖最佳条件:pH8,接种量为装液量的12.5%,发酵时间为12 d。结果表明,在此条件下多糖量为20.547 g/L。本研究获得了桦褐孔菌产多糖最佳发酵条件,为多糖的大量制备及其他后续研究提供理论依据。

Optimization of Fermentation Process of Inonotus obliquus Polysaccharides by Response Surface Methodology

AbstractUsing Inonotus obliquus as the research object in this study, and the conditions for the fermentation of polysaccharides from Inonotus obliquus were optimized by response surface methodology. Using polysaccharide as an indicator,the bacteria was determined by single factor and Box-Bchnken response surface optimization. The best conditions of polysaccharide production by mycelium fermentation: pH 8, inoculation volume 12.5% of the liquid volume and fermented 12 days. The results show that under this condition, the amount of polysaccharide is 20.547 g/L. This study obtained the best fermentation conditions for the production of polysaccharides from Inonotus obliquus, providing a theoretical basis for the large-scale preparation of polysaccharides and other follow-up studies.
