OBE理念下《食品分析》课程思政的教学设计与实践

摘要:“立德树人”为根本的思政教育融入高等院校专业课程体系,即思政教育与专业课程同向同行,对培养食品专业大学生的职业与道德素养至关重要。文中从《食品分析》课程思政的必要性,成果导向教育下《食品分析》课程思政的教学设计,以及思政元素的探索与实践进行了分析与阐述,旨在为《食品分析》及相关课程的思政教学提供参考。

Teaching Design and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of Food Analysis under The Outcome-based Education

AbstractIt is very necessary for the ideological and political education based on the fostering virtue through education to integrate into the professional curriculum system of universities. It is vital for cultivating the professional ethics of college students majoring in food that the ideological and political education is run through the professional courses. In this paper, it was analyzed and explained that the necessity of the ideological and political education, the ideological and political teaching design under the outcome-based education, and the exploration and practice of ideological and political elements in the course “Food Analysis”. This will provide a reference for the ideological and political teaching mode of the “Food Analysis”and related courses.
